Shipping Policy

PAWDELU offers free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, France, Slovenia, Estonia, and other destinations available at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 5–20 days, depending on the destination and shipping route. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if we cannot meet the stated timeframe.

Where tracking is available, we will send you the details once your order ships. Tracking information may take a little time to update.

We use DDP shipping for the routes we offer. This means import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges are paid as part of the order. You should not be asked to pay import charges when your parcel arrives. Your order total is shown before payment.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, email pawdelu@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to make the change before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has shipped.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, email pawdelu@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
